Terms
Last updated October 12, 2026
These terms cover working with Vahdat Web and using this website. By booking a call, paying an invoice or starting a plan, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you pay.
Who you're dealing with
Vahdat Web is a web design studio run by Arian Vahdat in Los Angeles, California. You can reach me at [email protected].
Estimates and quotes
The price estimator on this site gives a starting range, not a quote. The price, what's included and the timeline for your project are whatever we agree in writing (email counts) before work starts.
Paying
Payments are taken by card through Stripe, using a private payment link or your client account. A project usually starts with a deposit and ends with a final payment before launch. The amounts are in your quote. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on this site.
Your part
You provide the text, images and access needed for the work, and you confirm you have the right to use anything you give me. Delays in getting these can move the timeline.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the finished website and the content made for it are yours. Until then they remain mine. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Care plans
- Care plans are billed monthly, in advance, to the card on file. They renew automatically every month until you cancel.
- You can update your card, switch plans or cancel at any time in your client account.
- A cancellation or a switch takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. Until then your current plan stays on.
- What each plan includes is described on this site. Larger changes, such as new pages or features, are quoted separately.
- If a monthly payment fails, it is tried again. If it keeps failing, the plan may be paused or ended.
- If a plan's price changes, I'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
Refunds
The refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms: https://vahdatweb.com/refunds
Hosting and availability
I work to keep hosted sites online, fast and secure. No website can be promised to be available every minute of every day, and I'm not responsible for outages caused by outside providers.
Liability
I do my work with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim, and I'm not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Changes don't apply to work we've already agreed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
