Privacy

This explains what Vahdat Web collects through this website, why, and who it is shared with. The short version: only what's needed to talk to you, do the work and take payment. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.

What is collected

• When you book a call: your name, your email, the time you pick, and anything you choose to add (business name, current website, project details, budget, and a price estimate if you attach one).
• When you pay or have a client account: your name, email, what you paid for and when, and the status of your plan. If you set a password, only a scrambled version of it is stored.
• Card details: you type these into Stripe's secure form. They never reach this site and are not stored here. I can only see the card type and its last four digits.
• Automatically: like most websites, the server and its security service record your IP address, your browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and browser storage

• One essential cookie is set when you use the client area or a payment page. It keeps you signed in and protects the forms.
• On payment pages, Stripe may set its own cookies to prevent fraud.
• If you turn on "X-ray mode", that choice is remembered in your browser.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Who it is shared with

Only the services needed to run the business:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Brevo sends emails, such as booking confirmations and sign-in links.
• Cloudflare delivers and protects the site.
• Vultr hosts it.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it for advertising.

How long it is kept

Booking details and client records are kept while we're working together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Some records, such as payment history, may have to be kept for legal reasons.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track you across other websites, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
