What Thee Shell sells Cajun seafood boils out of The 101 Night Market in Van Nuys. They needed a site that makes people hungry on sight and lets them order ahead, whether they're picking up at the stand or getting delivery at home.

The homepage opens on a full-screen video of the boil, with the essentials right under it: where the stand is, when it's open, and a clear Place an Order button. The menu is laid out as three simple bag options, so choosing takes seconds.

Behind the scenes there's a full ordering flow with Stripe payments (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay), pickup scheduling tied to stand hours, delivery requests, customer reviews, a catering inquiry page, and an admin panel where the owners manage orders, reviews and their hours.
